How do I know what size leather watch band I need?
Measure the distance between the lugs (where your watch band connects to the watch) on your watch. Click Here to view step-by-step instructions. Remember that there are two sizes to consider: 1) Width of the watch band; and 2) Length of the watch band. An 18mm watch band refers to its width where it connects to the watch case. Length is typically referred to as short, regular, long, or extra-long. These designations identify the length of the watch band as it fits around your wrist.
If I provide my watch model, can you tell me what size band I need?
Yes, we can usually find the appropriate size watch band for your watch. However, in certain cases, this information will not be available to us. In such cases, we will ask you to measure your existing watch band or the space between your watches lugs to determine the appropriate strap size. Will you install the clasp if I order a leather watch band and deployant clasp?
Yes, we are happy to install the deploy clasp on your new watch band. Please request "Install Clasp" in the comment box at checkout and a Watch Prince Team Member will securely attach the deploy clasp to your new band!
Are spring bars (pins) provided with the watch bands?
Generally, spring bars (watch band pins) are provided with watch bands sold on this site. However, watch band manufacturers do not provide them with their watch bands, so spring bar inclusion is subject to availability. If you do not have any spring bars, please indicate "include spring bars" in the comment box at checkout.
From where will my watch band be shipped?
Watch bands are shipped from The Watch Prince offices in Thornwood, New York, 10594. We offer a range of shipping options that range from the most economical to overnight expedited services.
Can I return my new watch band if it does not fit?
Yes! We understand that mistakes happen and wrong size straps are ordered! As long as the watch band is in new - unworn condition - we are happy to accept the item back for a refund or exchange.
